What is a contract?

A contract is a contractual agreement between two parties. The term contract is synonymous with the terms “agreement” and “agreement letter”. A company may use any of those terms to refer to the contractual agreement between the interested parties, which is the travel company and the traveler or the travel company and the hospital.
