Finding an agency

With around 400 agencies that handle travel contracts for healthcare workers, quantity is not an issue! There are a lot of choices on how to begin your search for agencies:

Word of mouth and networking is generally the best. Perhaps you work with travelers or former travelers and can ask them to recommend a recruiter or agency. You can also lurk on traveler forums such as our own forum - Travel Nurses & Therapists, and AllNurses to find agencies recommended by travelers.

Travel Nurses & Therapists runs a classifieds forum for agencies to post assignments.

Healthcare Traveler has both a print and online monthly magazine with lots of advertisements where you can view large glossy pictures of beaches and mountains and read blurbs for the “best” agencies.
